Reichstag Dome – Norman Foster
  •          Symbolises the reunification of Germany
  •           Appearance of the dome is now a landmark
  •           360˚ view of surrounding Berlin cityscape
  •           Debating chamber of the Bundestag can be seen down below
  •           Mirrored cone in the centre of the dome directs sunlight into the building
  •           People can see the working of the chamber
  •           Dome also symbolises that the people are above the government
  •           Environmentally friendly
  •           Energy efficient – daylight – decreasing carbon emissions of the building
